The total authorized capital stock of the Corporation is 1,000,000,000 common shares of which 60,000,000 common shares are listed at the Philippine Stock Exchange.
The remaining 940,000,000 common shares were registered with the SEC on August 31, 2000.
The application for the listing of these additional shares was abandoned by previous Management and thereafter the registration statement of the Corporation was suspended.
On September 15, 2025, the SEC lifted the order of suspension and on October 1, 2025, the Corporation's shares resumed trading on the Philippine Stock Exchange.
Present management intends to file a new application for the listing of the 940,000,000 shares.
